Start of the next season is just over a month away, so it's time for a new thread.EYEPATCHES, ROLLERSHOES, & DELUSIONS AHOY, MOTHERFUCKERS
Going to watch Chuuni, Saki, Wake Up Girls! and of course Seeraa Muun. Everything else looks shit.
>>47671>Happiness Charge Precure>Picture of doki doikiCHAAAARTFAAAAAAAGlots of great shows airing.six harems for me to enjoy, SIX. THAT'S MORE HAREMS IN ONE SEASON THAN TOTAL SHOWS I KEPT UP WITH LAST SEASON. thee yuri shows, especially looking forward to No-Rin, the yuri harem show (not included in the prior mentioned six count). And then the mahou shoujo shows, I get not one, but two classic little girl shows to look forward to each week. That on top of the fantasy adventure mahou shoujos nobagun and mahou sensou. There's also space dandy and pupa. Sadly, pupa will be 8 episodes long, 5m each, but at least it's going to actually air this eseason.shit there's so many things I'm interested in watching that I've probably forgotten to list a couple.
Interestingly, it's always the seasons I expect the least from that end up being the most enjoyable for me.This season is going to be very, very enjoyable.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kxx2pnBKHesWhy can't it be January right now...
Chuuni and the sonico are my only sure things for now
>>47676FUCK UGH GOD SHITWhy is this an actual show now
>>47677Because titties and asses are ftw
>>47677the sad part is there is an even more cancerous vocaloid now, with a bigger bust, same hip, and a bigger waist.
>>47679You mean Pochaco? Also, I'm not sure if you're joking, but they're not vocaloids.
>>47676>>47693I want to fuck the Super Sonicos. But I do wonder what the regular Sonicos look like.
>>47693delicious
>>47697>>47695Boy I can't wait for all the tit and ass shots you two will post. You sure are slacking with fino in that other fucking trash titty show.
>>47701How about you calm down you clown
>>47701In Fino's defense, after the first ep. the amount of boob service was toned down significantly. when the BD extras are subbed, I'll be sure to post updates including them.
>>47701Were you raped by breasts as a child or something?
>>47704Sonico grade breasts aren't breasts anymore. Let's put it in simple terms that you can understand. Do you like chocolate cake? Now cut that cake open on the side and stuff it full of silicone. Not so tasty is it?Honestly, those proportions are ridiculous. If your dick even twitches looking at them you probably have issues like the Saya no Uta protagonist.
>>47705Hey! The Saya no Uta protagonist was a proper lolicon!
>>47705I love Sonico's tits and I look forward to posting about them here with my pals after I watch her anime every week. Namaste
>>47709bbw lovers*
>>47709I look forward to it as well!>>47705Sorry our tastes are different from yours.
>>47711objectively worse*
Sonico is such an overrated piece of 2d meat.
>>47713I want to press my dick against the various fatty places on her body until I cum into her belly button
The season hasn't even started and the thread is already off to a lovely start. Wonderful.
>>47701I don't post anime screenshots
Look at the Chav squatting in a public place.look at him and feel ashamed.
>>47857It's already time for the new season? Gotta hurry and finish autumn.
>>47858I haven't even finished spring or summer. I never started autumn.
>>47859look at the bright side, by the time you get around to watching them, the BD releases for the entire series will be available and you won't get the black beams or atrocious censorship while also having a very pretty encode.
>>47862I actually don't prefer BD releases because they take too long to download. Is it just me?I only rarely want to watch anime, and generally the waiting period for large files like that is such that I no longer care by the time it finishes.
>>47863Try anime streaming sites like Crunchyroll, then.I have a really fast connection so download speeds are rarely an issue, but I have also noticed that I'm less inclined to watch anime if I have to manually download it first.
'Recently, My Sister Is Unusual' was rather unusual. It's completely shameless and explicit to the point where it's almost porn, yet it wasn't all that bad. Even though it seems to play all the cliches straight, it was somehow still unpredictable. Not sure if I'll watch this beyond ep1 (I almost always skip fanservice shows), though after this it'll likely devolve into a more generic fanservice fest.
>>47862Sadly I have most of the TV episodes downloaded already and I'm too unmotivated to go back and redownload everything in BD.
>>47871bakabt BD batches are worth the effort of individually deleting each single TV broadcast ep.and if your ISP down speed allows it, it will download faster than you can watch the show from them. And one more note:FUCK YOU, JC STAFF. AN ANIME ORIGINAL FIRST EPISODE WITH HALF THE ORIGINALITY OF NOGIZAKA NO HARUKA NO HIMITSU WAS FUCKING RETARDED. THERE'S NO WAY THAT THERE IS SO LITTLE SOURCE MATERIAL THAT SUCH A THING WAS IN ANY WAY JUSTIFIED, NOR DOES IT FIT WITH THE ATMOSPHERE OF THE WORK. THE MC IS ALREADY SPINELESS AND DETESTABLE ENOUGH WITHOUT THE HALF-ASSED GENERIC AND INSUFFERABLE ANIME-ORIGINAL ROUTINE ADDED TO HIM. IT WAS SO PAINFULLY OBVIOUS WHEN THE ANIME ORIGINAL SECTIONS ENDED AND THE ADAPTED SOURCE MATERIAL STARTED THAT IT FELT LIKE THE MC HAS A SPLIT PERSONALITY MENTAL DISORDER.tl;dr:FUCK YOU JC STAFF. DIE IN A FIRE, THEN SPEND ALL ETERNITY BEING FUCKED BY MOLTEN METAL SPIKES IN FUCKING HELL.
>>47872I had a feeling it was going to be a shit adaption. J.C. Staff is horrible.
>>47873on the other hand, the ED is adorable.
>>47864Streaming would be unbearable, what with buffering and all. I do tend to download the lower quality lower filesize releases though.>>47872I know it's off topic but you mentioned bakabt. Fuck those guys, are they ever going to whitelist modern utorrent?
>>47872Which parts were anime-original and which ones were from the source material?>>47875Stop using modern uTorrent. It's turned to shit and will only get worse over time.
lol
>>47876I've yet to see any evidence of it turning to shit, though.
>>47878it has more advertising than Azereus, is closed source, and the "company" that bought utorrent is on the MPAA's bankroll.upgrade to one of the previous open source versions of utorrent or jump ship all together.>>47876>Which parts were anime-original and which ones were from the source material?listen to the entire class putting her on a pedestal, from the lunch group to the bully group to any of them. Now give me even a single one of their names.Aside from the cat-hat attacks and the very end where everybody is an xfer student, JC Staff took what should've been a 3-min. introduction to the school/MC/flaming tits and stretched it to 20 fucking minutes with filler bullshit with characters who will never again have screen time outside of other filler segments and background CG.
Sonico is so fat
>>47877Achiga trying to show off while pissing their pants
>>47881Ritz decided she liked Monkey and Achiga better, so look forward to more retcon asspulls in their favour.
>>47882I've noticed mahjong power strength and the amount of clothes worn have an inverse relationship.Hence, the monkey wearing only a zip up sweat shirt should be quite powerful in the grand scheme of things.
>>47857A shame the show is already over, but at least they ended it with a bang. I hope it doesn't take too much from Cowboy Bebop with the evil organisation from the past after Dandy and all that jazz. Nonetheless a fun watch and the promised boobs in the PV were also there.
I liked it, as a fan of the manga I liked the VA cast.
Are the HS subs for Imocho fucked with in any way? Going from their file name they seem to hate it
>>47888they use the non-atx raw. It's one of the shows that HS leader doesn't quite enjoy. Not that a trapfag with shit taste is anything new.
oh come the fuck on Daiz.
Go home, Rararagi. You're in the wrong show.
Oh wow, I glanced right over "Yet Another Sengoku Show" when I saw Nobunaga the Fool on the chart, but it could be interesting with Kawamori doing series composition (ha!).At worst, it should be my seasonal mecha dose with VAs that I'm quite fond of, but perhaps I'll be pleasantly surprised as I was during 0048.
>>47892I should have guessed from the cast list, but it was even more fujoshi than I had expected.I'll give it three episodes because Sugita as Da Vinci is OK in my book, but if it gets any gayer I'm dropping it.Also fuck CG.
>>47893>Also fuck CG. CG is futuremuch realismvery cost savingswow
>>47894That opening part was GoHands as FUCKI'm glad they didn't do the whole episode that way.
>>47894I wish you were dead
>>47894I really hope that was ironic or something.
>>47897It doesn't matter whether it was ironic or not since it's retarded regardless.
>>47880Needs more meat and potatoes, less perfect girl Sonico working two jobs while playing in a successful rock band and excelling at college biology. I'm actually kind of mad.
>>47893>CGresistance is futile.
>>47893They could have just left Ranmaru as a dude if they wanted to go homo.
Mikakunin is OK, Teen Akarin is cute
>>47904I was expecting more after that music video. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't particularly good either.
>>47904I enjoyed it.
So, Sakura Trick is the only animé from this season that I'm following, and the first episode I've watched in weeks, if not months.First episode was so-so, but at least it delivered when it came to girls kissing girls, so I guess I'll stick with it.
I found myself looking forward to Imocho ep2 a lot more than I expected I would, and it did not disappoint. I expected it to become similar to other fanservice shows after a good first episode, but it went on in the same style and with the same quality as the first episode. If you disliked the first episode, it's not getting any better, but if you did like it, it looks like it's going to remain as good as this. I wonder how long it's been since I last enjoyed a show with such blatant fanservice?
Dropped like a hot potato. Guess I'll take a peek when the BD is out.
>>47911Mmm, the yuri was too up-front for my taste (I prefer shows like Sasameki koto), but I still enjoyed all the cuteness.Another season and more idols. Who's your oshimen in Wake Up, Girls! bunbun?
>>47913This show is so unbelievable shameless.
>>47916And I think that's amazing. It doesn't have to resort to the 'subtle' ways of inducing fanservice, it just shows things as they happen and has the fanservice as part of the story.
Apparently the writer of the visual novel Forest, Hoshizora Meteor, worked on Sekai Seifuku ~Bouryaku no Zvezda~.I just watched episode 1, and I have no idea what I just watched.
I didn't notice that Tonari no Seki-kun got an anime. I like it, they nailed the feeling of the manga.
You know Shinbo, you don't have to do drugs for every show. Your typical absurd style doesn't really work with this one.
>>47921Maybe he knew it was the only way to make Nisekoi watchable.
>>47922Really? There is no ridiculous comedy like in SZS or mindfuckery à la Madoka. It's out of place for a simple romcom. It annoyed me at some point even though I usually like his style. I think it would have been better without it.
Oh my bun!
Well that was a cute, silly five minutes.
>>47924Now that I've watched the episode I still stand by what I said. I didn't have any problems with the Shinbo style being used.
>>47930That's fine, deary.
>>47925Oh my bun indeed. Off to a good start and the nitty-gritty was explained. Just a little disappointend we don't get scarface Moyoyon. I want to bury my face in Sasori-sans breasts.
Why doesn't anyone tell Super Sonico how stupid her name is? Is that a normal name in their universe?
>>47935Go tell Uqinuetesha her name is stupid. That's why no one comments on her name.
>>47887What parts are you excited to see animated? Personally I can't wait until indiana jones shows up.
>>47938Indiana Jones is in an anime!?
>>47933I felt like I'd watched 10 episodes simultaneously after this. What the fuck was with the pacing?
>>47941It's fast. It's good. Certainly better than 10 minutes talking and infodump in the same room.
>>47943Fast definitely, still on the fence about good.
If you like seeing girls kissing each other all the time and blushing I totally recommend Sakura Trick
>>47970That's the exact opposite of what I like; thanks for the heads up
>>47947It wasn't even all that fast...they just didn't introduce the characters in detail and started the plot instead.
When will Space Dandy get interesting?
Haruka gives Sakura Trick two thumbs up.
>>47975I don't know, but I really like the ED
>>47887I'm liking this so far as well, but I'm sort of afraid that some jokes won't translate well into the anime like what happened to many other gag manga.
I'm okay with this.
She keeps getting fatter
>>47985huge animation quality drop once ep 1 ends, sadly.
>>47991I didn't think the drop in the quality wasn't any worse than usual (as in the change that I expect from anyone but KyoAni). Well, I don't have a keen eye for these things, but it wasn't obvious enough to bother my enjoyment, so I'm pretty content with it.
This is painfully slow.Almost not enough fanservice to apologize for the poor pace.
>>47990Sonicoverweight
>>48001Cute, not overweight.
as expected, the rental magicka eye is overpowered as shit.
>>47915Miyu.I enjoyed Nisekoi quite a lot.
Sonico's "wowowowowowowow" noise she kept making in the latest episode made me hard
>>47904>Teen AkarinHey! I just remembered something. Akari is already a teenager! They were supposed to be in high school.
>>48017They were in middle school
>>48018I just looked it up and even the first episode is called middle school. My mistake. But still that would make them close to or maybe even being teenagers.
>>48018 >>48019This sort of thing makes me feel ashamed to watch anime. Japan, please stop.
What a great episode with a great message.
>>48021This looks exactly like my Shadowrun group.
>>48021"Killing people is alright as long as they do something you don't like!"
>>48025smoker
>>48025What's the problem? They just want to speed up the process. You should be thankful.
>>48025You're forgetting the fact that smokers kill other people.
>>48029But who will kill the killers?
>>48028What is this
>>48030me
With each episode, Imocho focuses more on plot and less on fanservice. Episode 4 was great.I'm glad I kept watching after my initial doubts (>>47867).
>>48021Heil Kate! This episode was a load of crap.>>48028You must be a savage barbarian to think like that.>>48029In Japan the smokers are well behaved and won't smoke just anywhere, or litter their butts. And you will never see some guy walking down the street smoking like you did in the episode. I can't speak for other countries though. So the amount you breathe in is as insignificant as car pollution.I don't smoke or like the smell either, but some people just need to to get on with their crappy lives.
Mr. Dandy you slide with your ass over really thin ice. Don't try to work some kind of plot with the pimp monkey and the spiral king into it. It's too late for that. I'm fine with them playing Team Rocket. Also get a different animator for your fluid fighting scenes. They're garbage.
>>48048>This episode was a load of crap.I don't even smoke and it pissed me off. I was waiting for a punchline the whole time, but no, 25m of preachy shit.
>>48051Wasn't the joke that they became a lawless mob running around trashing the city and lynching smokers, ending up causing more harm than the smokers themselves? And in the end, they realized that it was dumb and gave up on their crusade? Even Odin is back to smoking as soon as he's out of Kate's sight.
>>48052>And in the end, they realized that it was dumb and gave up on their crusade? But that didn't happen. They even dropped a bomb on the smokers and discovered that they weren't even human, all smokers are evil incarnate.
>>48052>ending up causing more harm than the smokers themselves>they realized that it was dumb and gave upNeither of those happened, in fact I'm pretty sure you didn't watch the episode.
>>48053>>48054Are we watching the same show? The anti-smoking group ransacked entire shops, vandalized vending machines, and beat other humans to death.Towards the end of the episode they refer to the incident as the "West Udogawa Smoke Ban Disaster" and note that it ended prematurely and everyone went back to their normal lives. It's clear that they gave up on the smoker purge. They even ended the episode with "Smokers not conquered".I dunno what was up with the bomb, but that was the white mask people anyways.
俺の母上がこんなに可愛いわけがない
>>48061I totally forgot this even existed, haven't even watched a single episode. Is it any good?
>>48066That depends on what you're looking for. I'm watching it because the characters are really cute, and the protag girl speaks Kyoto-ben.
>>48066I think it's the most enjoyable thing this season.
I know who I'd side with.
>>48069nobue best mashimaro
Only after 2 months, did I realize that the thread subject is off by a year.
:)
>>48061it's only the 3rd episode and the premise for the show has been nearly completely forgotten at this point.I was really looking forward to shenanigans involving Inari's transformation wearing off at very inopportune times, especially the first time she forgets to do so when she wakes up in the morning and sits down at the table for breakfast with her family who are all wondering what the fuck is going on. On the other hand, the way it's been going so far has exceeded my expectations. more plot than gingitsune (and without the suffering broody character 90% of it involved), almost approaching natsume, but the adorable MC and her friends (who really could use some more screen time) would've really are better suited for a SoL with just a touch of the shinto stuff. It's definitely one of the better shows airing this season, though.
>>48108>more plot than gingitsune (and without the suffering broody character 90% of it involved)I'm not sure, mang. Inari's oniichan was pretty aggravating.
It's Indiana Jones!
This episode is going to kill me.>>48119That old man is awesome.
Looking really like Benten there, Notomami character. Also, Sawashiro Miyuki voicing Medusa. The show is surprisingly decent. Oh, the ED is super catchy as well.
I was wondering when this plot twist would happen. A bit more brutal than I expected but whatever
wonderful episode.
>>48130Yeah, that was pretty great.
>>48193dem plots
>>48193>>48195
>>48193That's one of the worst things I've seen in a while.
>>48201Do you mean the breasts or the fact that she is an elementary school student?
>love triangle involving 3 siblingsI like where this is going.
Can we PLEASE tone down Benios antics? You might as well rename the show to "I want to molest my little sister in-law!"
>>48211They've been repeating all the same jokes every episode anyway, so I've gotten used to it. I'm glad the last episode had more focus on side characters, at least.
>>48201you don't keep up with many terrible things, do you?
a 9/10 on the flatness scale.
>>48255What would be a 10/10 on the flatness scale?
>>48262Concave chests, of course.
>>48264That'd be an 11.10 would be perfect flatness, the like of which we won't see until the advent of android girls.
Anyone else watching Hamatora? The show shares some similarities with Psycho-Pass, but I'm enjoying this more. Pic largely unrelated.
>>48286You're not selling it to me. Is this the show with the fucked up colours, like K?
oh man.
>>48310The doujinshi are writing themselves. Don't disappoint me Japan.
Identities are exposed, Kate nearly gets knifed in her sleep, Yasu betrays the group, and their base gets blown up. Didn't expect the hot springs episode to be quite so serious.
O-oh boy...!
>>48324It's a good thing they serious'd it up but they could have paced it better. It's like they flipped a switch from funny slapfights and hijinks to gritty, no-holds-barred combat.
At this point, there's no hope of Xebec even attempting to animate another arc from the manga; it's 100% anime original for the entire season.Which is fairly disappointing, it's not like the manga genreshifted to something serious, and the several changes made to the story in S1 wouldn't have really preventing them from doing it, either. On the bright side, this episode was unusually shameless.
>>48350Yeah, I think so too.
Is there a chart for the next season yet?
>>48356There is no next season. The world ends after this season.
>>48357which cute girls do I have to date in order to save the world
>>48358You dating a cute girl would be a sure sign of the end times.
>>48359._.
>>48361Thanks.
The last few episodes of Space Dandy have been really fun. Eps 9 and 11 especially were right up my alley; I wasn't expecting this show to be that imaginative.
I want a Suzu.
>>48386
oh lordy lordy lordy
And I was hoping, for a brief second, Shaft would pull an original end. I'm such a fool.
I like how Imocho ended. The show had some weaker parts, but overall I liked it a lot. It was the only show this season I watched to the end (except for Log Horizon, that's technically previous season).
>>48407I don't like how it ended. The usual "revert all progress to maintain the status quo" ending. I mean, why would we want our viewers get invested into the characters and the story and try to develop some good plot and big conflicts for the final episode. No we just flip the table and go back to square one; only she calls him onii-chan now and isn't a total bitch. Kuyashi. It had good jokes and it was blatantly shameless on several levels, which made me giggle like a little schoolgirl, but the ending went full Dusk Maiden.
>>48408What alternative would you propose? They're not back at square one, both Mitsuki and Yuuya received tons of character development over the course of the series, but it was far too early to even consider 'reaching the goal' presented at the start of the series. The only viable alternative (other than rushing the ending, ruining all character development up until now) would be that Hiyori really did pass on. I would've accepted that, but it would leave things a tad unresolved, breaking the original premise - she never gets lovey-dovey with Yuuya-onii-chan, so the troll ending that she's actually only halfway there (if that) fits very well, in my opinion.
Aside from the her memory wasn't actually stored in the marble thing, the finale of Noragami was excellent. I'm craving for more.
>>48409How about this. Let the bath scene in the previous episode escalate a bit more. Some kissing and groping would be sufficient before Mitsuki bursts in. This show had no problems making Mitsuki cum multiple times in public, but god forbid we have some ero which is not played for laughs and has some serious weight behind it. Yuuya was clearly okay with Yuki-nee and this would have been an easy opportunity to create a interesting twist. Yuki-nee would feel bad knowing that she is apparently good enough for him, but why would he run after Mitsuki. Yuuya would be conflicted, because obviously he doesn't see Yuki-nee only as family and why would he stop and run after Mitsuki. What should he say to her then? She slipped? Don't make me laugh. Mitsuki would have to step up her game and deal with her conflicting emotions. What would Hiyori do?Or how does this sound. Don't make the gauge on the chastity belt fill up because Yuuya said "Don't wear those panties.". That's full retard. Make it only fill the last bit if they actually have sex with him or something different if you think it would destroy the character development. Create some tension. As for Hiyori not passing on, well, lets say Kamina would come back at the end of TTGL because he couldn't repay Yokos kiss. Sounds stupid doesn't it? That's why a lot of people, including myself, felt a bit dumbfounded at the end of Dusk Maiden. It's something only bad and/or stupid writers do. Anything would be better than the half baked stalemate we got as a ending just because the manga is still running. In hindsight, I don't really know why I am even writing this. A shitload of anime ends this way.
>because obviously he doesn't see Yuki-nee only as familyExcept for the fact that this simply isn't true. It was made pretty obvious that he didn't even realize he could see Yuki-nee as a woman until that very bath scene. As for the ending twist supposedly not making sense, do keep in mind that God in this series is a huge troll, forcing a ghost and an innocent girl into incestuous hijinks involving a chastity belt. The twist at the end is more reasonable than the other stuff God has done in this series.
>>48422>Except for the fact that this simply isn't true. It was made pretty obvious that he didn't even realize he could see Yuki-nee as a woman until that very bath sceneSo you're going to disagree with me by agreeing with me? Don't forget I was talking about a what-if scenario, which is pretty reasonable. Now, after you mentioned what a prick god is in this story, the level 2 stairs to heaven scenario seems not that far-fetched. I forgot that in the end he is responsible for this. Guess that's what happens when you become too accustomed to ridiculous scenarios in anime. But I still find the ending too anticlimactic. I thought they're going to drop the bomb at the end, considering how bold this series was.
I liked this show way more than I probably should have
FINALLY!AT THE END OF 11 EPISODES.SAKI FLIPS THE RAPE SWITCH TO 'ON'AND SHE HASN'T EVEN TAKEN OFF HER SHOES.
Thank god. Is the source material any better? The anime was basically "It's magic, I ain't gotta explain shit" the entire time. Also, magic constantly resets every significant event. Someone's going to die? Nope, magic. Character relationships going to develop? Nope, magic. Takumi finally going to kiss Kagari on the lips? Nope, magic. Hell, even when magic was supposed to be unusable and Kagari specifically said they had to be careful because they could die from falling down a hole, they fell about 5 stories without even cracking a rib. This would've been so much better if they'd instead run it as a slice of life/comedy starring Tanpopo & Co. At least I could laugh with them, instead of laughing at the horrible attempts of this series to do anything even remotely serious.
Pretty forgettable final episode. But it was a fun series
That was beautiful.
>>48484I had a good time with it. Mainly thanks to Becky. But this show would've been better if they only focused on the comedy. All this annoying MUH CROPS or MUH DRAMA every week really got old. Especially when they're dicking around and losing their mind in an typhoon the first half of an episode and seconds later they change gears and try to save the crops by all available means, complete with screaming and wailing violins for the second half. It doesn't match the tone of the Show. I watch Gin no Saji for that.
キタ━━━(゚∀゚)━━━!!
>>48594Where the hell have all the nisekoi fans been hiding? You don't see a wink of them anywhere and suddenly the anime airs and they just started popping out of nowhere talking about manga plots and so forth
>>48596Maybe the show introduced them to the manga. I don't care. I just watch it for the cute girls. Shaft knows how to push the right buttons.
My reaction during most of Inari OVA.
With her voice, she keeps reminding me of Chiaki Nanami.
>>49651D-Frag is really fun once it gets going. All the girls are great.
>>49655I decided to drop it after episode 2. The humor just didn't click with me. Is it really worth continuing?
>>49657if you were put off to the point you dropped the show before 3 eps, chances are it's not a show you would enjoy watching regardlessBut, it does get a bit better; still the same type of humor, but more characters and different interactions.
