I don't know if this is appropriate discussion for this place, but you guys remember CWC right? Well, the playstation network being down seems to have finally made him snap.

That's a bit disheartening, maybe he got lost. While I'm not overly fond of this style, I do like the overall image a lot anyway. The idea behind it is quite nice.

I was around 7 or 8, girl was 6 or 7. We went in an abandoned building and stripped totally naked. I still remember her tiny, slender body, no chests and no pubic hair whatsoever. We did not touch, although my penis was full erected. She asked me why is it like this, and I replied: "it happens sometimes, it'll go back to normal soon" but it didn't.
Oh, little did I know ;_;.

Maybe Mr >>16882 should stop being such a conceited, dictating faggot so we can avoid situations like this in future.

>> No.17136
I led her into my room. She was pretty: brown hair, muddy green eyes, no rolls of fat, no fields of acne scaring her face, about sixteen years old, and a decent sized rack (not big but not a flat chest either). She stopped and looked about the room to admire my collection; Kare Kano boxset (Very good, cute little series until Anno left, then the budget dropped and the show went to shit), Neon Genesis Evangelion Platinum Edition (Not as bad or as good as people say it is) along with some Asuka and Rei figurines, Full Metal Alchemist (Great series, seems like a shonen but it’s so much better and deeper), a vintage Akira movie poster, pretty much every Gundam series boxset except for G Gundam which is total crap, a poster for the original Ghost in the Shell movie release, Unopened Robotech Mecha action figures (Mint condition), and so so so so much more. It would take days to list. She whistles, “Nice. Very Nice.”

“Thanks.” I say, barely able to hold down my overflowing pride.

We met at the high school anime club, which is mainly filled with fat wastes of life, and noticed each other amongst the smell of body odor and sound of a subbed Sailor Moon episode playing. She took the invitation to my place and here we are. She certainly knows how to appreciate good collection when she sees one.

I decide to get right to the basics and start her interrogation, “Ok, so let me, get this out the way – Do you like Inuyasha?”

don't give up! Just go for broke, its not like theres much to lose right? And were all gonna die one day, nothing really matters so you might as well make the most of it. And if it doesn't pan out, at least you can say you tried and then blame society instead of yourself.

Higher resolution and different angle of "The Face" with diver for scale. The rock is several feet tall and "looks" due south.

Could the Yonaguni structures really have been created by chance?

>Anyone who has had history at high school level or higher can tell you that civilization originated in Sumer around 5000 BC
Wrong. It existed way before then, around 12000 - 10000 BC. It's just that people didn't start writing down any information until around 5000 BC. But there was definitely civilization before then.
>> No.17164
The Matrix is real
>> No.17215
The first "proper" civilization was Sumer in 5000 BC, at least according to orthodox history books.
12000-10000 BC was supposed to be Stone Age according to them as well.
It was definitely not a time where people banded together and created advanced structures.
>> No.17233
There are complex neolithic structures dated to 10,000 BC. You know that, right? People definitely did band together to create advanced structures during that time period.

It has come to my attention that /projects/ currently is little more than an OC dump board. There's a couple of posters posting original content, but there's practically no discussion. With some other things I've been hearing, I've started to wonder.

How many of you read /projects/? How many of you post there? If you read but don't post, why not?

>pay for downloads
oh man what
>> No.17132
Credit, not money. I don't use e-hentai and the like, but downloads cost "points" which you get for uploading stuff, posting on the forums, etc. And you can probably get some directly by donating. I've seen similar systems on ROM sites.
>> No.17148
The whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
>> No.17165
Yeah, that's part of why I consider e-hentai to be absolute garbage. I honestly have no idea why people seem to like it so much.

The cocks in the advertisements certainly don't help either.

I like how /b/'s motto is "trolling it is like pissing in an ocean of piss, it's pointless", but it looks like the ED guy trolled the fuck out of them with this.
>> No.16940
/b/ has changed from being cool with most shit into some sort legion of little kids throwing hissy fits whenever something they don't like happens.

Granted, they've always been like that, but to a lesser degree. The puddi-incident is a good example, moot has always trolled around on 4chan and people have accepted it, but this time /b/ just went berserk all over the site.
>> No.16957

Basically, /b/ became everything it used to mock. That tends to happen to sites that have been around for a while, like SA for example
>> No.16969
so apparently /b/ took down the playstation network. Why?
>> No.17107
I don't think that was related to /b/.

From my point of view it's not a country issue anymore. Right now, the globalization of economy, politics, information, communication, transportation and civil rights movements are changing the world all around the globe, not just in some regions loosely defined as countries.

To be fair, it's not like native american culture was especially unique - just especially dated.
human sacrifice, spiritual co-existence with animals, etc etc...a lot of native american culture isn't specific to native americans at all.
>> No.16897
The bad thing is that they basically erased the whole history of a continent. I don't care so much about the natives of North America, but the South American Indians were almost equals with the ancient Egyptians regarding culture and architecture. And almost everything was lost forever during the Spaniards religious cleansing. Whenever I read about it I just wish I could go back in time and punch Cortez in the face for being a dickhead.

Every now and then, I suddenly feel depressed for no real reason. I become completely unmotivated for any task, anything productive I try to do fails, and I don't even feel like doing anything fun such as playing games or watching anime. I start thinking about everything in a negative light, and just feel like shit.

It sucks.

I really want to see this translated:

I've never looked in to getting something translated before. Anybody have experience/recommendations/advice/an idea of how much a commission might cost?
>> No.16854
Professional translation is extremely expensive. Expect prices like 15 cents PER WORD. For example, this entire thread would cost over $200 to translate professionally. You're probably better of getting a non-professional to translate it for you.

I've seen paid translation requests on freelancer.com, which might be a place to try, but I have no personal experience with the place, so I can't guarantee anything.
>> No.16858
I'd kind of like to see this done too. It's hardly a professional job, but I'll translate these bit by bit if you'll typeset them.

Thanks, you've made my day! I can't say that my typography is professional either, but I'd be happy to give it a shot. Seemed like a good excuse to make a thread on /projects/, so I started one.
