Why is having an antisocial personality considered a disorder?

If I were to pretend I didn't know what a NEET was, this list would lead me to believe that the majority of human beings are NEETs.

Antisocial personality disorder and being shy or aloof from society are two very different things.

Incidentally, I meet most of these criteria, but I think it's much more likely I have some kind of depression than psychopathy.

Just taking a list of some disorder and checking solely based on a seemingly random number of items doesn't mean anything.
Any human meets the criteria for at least one kind of disorder, but that doesn't mean that every single human is actually a psychosocial wreck.
